I welcome you to experience the breathtaking beauty of our cherished Coastal landscapes. Whether you are an investor, home buyer, or seller, I am eager to serve you with professionalism, diligence, and a strong work ethic that I have inherited from my parents.

I've enjoyed living on the Central Coast with my husband Matt and our two children, Joy and Johnny, since we moved here in 2003. Raising our children here has been a dream come true, and I can't imagine living anywhere else!  Over the years, my passion has been to serve our community through nonprofit organizations.  I wake up each day with excitement & joy in my heart over what the day might hold! I am so thankful for our community and for being a small part of it.

Whether you are hiking, enjoying the beach, or riding bikes with my friends and family, you will soon be one of the people who fall in love with the Central Coast and call this home. I look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful community

Troy Gray

Realtor

As a dedicated Realtor serving San Luis Obispo County, Troy enjoys working with buyers, sellers, and investors in all aspects of real estate.

Investing in real estate early in life has afforded the Gray family many opportunities. Starting with a single-family home in Los Osos, Troy and his wife Janette transitioned from home to home building up their portfolio of properties and net worth utilizing tax strategies that are only available through real estate. Their real estate portfolio has afforded them the time in life to raise their three children, travel nationally and internationally, and weather the storms that life may bring.

With his free time Troy has enjoyed coaching his older son’s youth soccer team for a decade and traveling and coaching his younger son as he competes nationally and internationally at the highest level on the Mountain Bike World Cup Down Hill circuit.

Troy and his family take advantage of the numerous recreational activities that are uniquely available on the central coast, such as hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, wine tasting, and the list goes on.

With core values focused on family and service, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and an engineer’s attention to detail to every transaction.

Kathleen Schroeder

Hello,

I am Kathleen Schroeder with Kestly Realty Group. I was transferred from historic Boston to California's Central Coast in 1997. Perhaps it was my obsession with Boston brownstones that sparked my interest in real estate or my love of home town feel. Either way, it was over a decade ago when my passion for real estate sales and vacation property management began. And since then, I have owned homes and land investments in Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, and Arroyo Grande.

Most mornings you can find me with a coffee mug on my Shell Beach deck reviewing all the recent listings. This is more of a buzz than my homemade maple latte.

I am active in our Central Coast community and have been the appointed Marketing Chair for The Quest Ovarian Cancer Foundation, The American Cancer Society, Bellevue-Santa Fe Charter School and The San Luis Artist's Gallery.  In addition. I enjoy my roll as Audience Development Chair for the SLO Festival MOZAIC Board.

Perhaps we have already met?

Contact me today so that I may help you sell your residential property, buy your next dream home, or to diversify your real estate investment portfolio.

Heather Scott

Realtor

Hello,

I’m Heather Scott. I am a seasoned real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience serving clients across multiple counties and states. Throughout my career, I have built a proven track record of success, helping clients buy and sell everything from new construction homes and luxury estates to mobile homes and condominiums—and virtually everything in between.

Both my professional and life experience have naturally led me to specialize as a Certified Senior Transition Specialist, a role I find especially meaningful. I take great pride in educating and assisting individuals and families who are navigating the important transition of moving loved ones into senior or assisted living communities. My goal is to provide compassionate guidance and practical expertise during what can often be an emotional and complex time.

With a background in interior design, I bring an additional creative advantage to my clients. I use my design expertise to elevate each property's appeal, offering professional staging to help sellers present their homes at their absolute best. For buyers, I provide insight and vision to help them see the full potential of a property and imagine how it could become their dream home.

My dedication, market knowledge, and personalized approach ensure that every client receives the guidance, support, and confidence they need to make one of life’s most important decisions.

Hello, I’m Priscilla A. Sadegi. I take a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to real estate, with a focus on helping clients make informed decisions about one of the most important investments in their lives.

Before entering real estate, I worked in banking and private equity, where I gained experience in financial strategy, investment evaluation, and long-term asset growth. This background helps me guide clients through the financial side of real estate with clarity and perspective.

I began my real estate career in commercial real estate and leasing, negotiating agreements and assisting businesses in finding spaces that supported their growth. That experience shaped my detail-oriented approach and continues to inform how I help clients navigate contracts, opportunities, and complex transactions.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine, and I am currently pursuing my Juris Doctor (JD) with a focus on real estate law. This blend of financial, legal, and interpersonal understanding helps me support clients through both the practical and personal aspects of buying, selling, and investing in property.

I am committed to guiding clients through each step of the process with transparency, patience, and careful attention to their goals—whether they are purchasing their first home, expanding an investment portfolio, or finding the right commercial property.

George Pleasant

Hospitality & Security

Hi!

I was born in Fresno, California, on July 1st, 2025.  I came to join the Kestly Realty Group in August through my adoption at Woods Humane Society in San Luis Obispo.  After adoption and becoming an official Pleasant, I joined the family business shortly thereafter with a happy heart.  My family noticed my love for people and dogs immediately and has been working with me on my etiquette and social cues.  In my free time, I like to run at the Avila Dog Beach just down the street from my office.  I also like to chase balls and birds, and to play with friends, new and old.  I hope to catch a frisbee and try swimming in the near future.

Please stop by and say hi.... My favorite place to be is on the balcony, saying hello to those passing by the office.   I look forward to meeting you soon!

Sincerely,

🐾
