Great Experience!
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeannie on the listing and sale of our Pismo Beach Home. We have bought and sold (too) many houses in our lives, but have never sold in CA. Jeanie went above and beyond for our family to get into our home. She walked us through every single step of the process and provided her expert advice to help us close in a super competitive situation. We were the third runner-up in offers for the home we are in now; the others were cash and over asking! If it were not for her talents beyond a real estate agent, we wouldn’t have even had our offer considered. It really was ALL BECAUSE OF HER! We were able to close in 2 weeks because she monitored our progress daily and was on top of every deadline. She saved us from dropping the ball twice and losing our position in the house. We feel so blessed that she helped us into our family home here, and we trust her to help us build our future real estate portfolio. Jeannie was meticulous, hardworking, always available to counsel me or tell me when she could talk, professional, market-wise, even-tempered, unflappable, and an exemplar of her last name. My housemate and I sold a large property with Jeannie that turned into a daisy-chain transaction with five buyers and sellers of multiple houses. She handled all the transactions simultaneously without ruffling any feathers and with calm aplomb, getting everyone what they wanted and timing all the stages to satisfy all of us ultimately. She helped us stage our home and was fearless in directing our efforts way beyond what we would have done without her expertise. Our property sold the very day it became available--at over our asking price in cash. She spared no effort to help us work with lenders, title companies, movers, and the agents of other properties we looked to buy. Jeannie recommended home inspectors, exterminators, contractors, and trades-people for all our needs. She was a pleasure to work with through what is undeniably a grueling process. In a word, Jeannie's performance was EXCEPTIONAL.
Based on eight home purchases over 50 years, Jeannie is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. Jeannie handled the FIVE transactions necessary for me to sell my home and find and purchase a new one - two sales and three purchases, all tied together by purchase and sale contingencies. This was a complex transaction. Yet it all happened in record time. The video and photo marketing material she produced was exceptional. Her ideas on staging the property, ditto. As a result, we sold our ranch for over the asking price within a day of listing. And at a price at or above any similar recent transactions. She knows how to attract the right buyers. Her knowledge of the market where I have now purchased was also excellent. Her persistence and hard work resulted in a purchase at a very favorable price - and led the seller to accept myhighly contingent offer. And all five intertwined transactions came together in less than a month.

Above and beyond, that's Jeannie!
We give Jeannie 5 stars all around! She always goes above and beyond. She has been a lifesaver in helping us buy a home in another city. Beyond just helping us buy a house, Jeannie is still with us a week after escrow closed, offering to hand water plants. Because we are out-of-town buyers, she will be there when the house gets tented or repairs are being made to protect our investment.

Top notch in every way. Troy sold my house in three weeks after several showings and an open house. He did so much more: he advised me every step of the way and was always present when I needed his help or advice, which was often. He went out of my way to get a storage unit. He helped me pack all my boxes and brought them to storage, and he explained innumerable documents to me. He loaded and unloaded furniture, and he crisscrossed the county with me to see neighborhoods and properties. He took all of my outdoor plants for temporary placement at his home, and he was incredibly patient with me throughout. As a single older woman who had never sold a house on my own before, I required lots of help and lots of encouragement. Troy was with me 100% of the way, and he found me the perfect home to move into, and he is still my top-notch guide. He is the second-best Scrabble player I know.
